1. Coins and Wallet

Coins and wallet balance are purchased in advance and are used to pay for calls, gifts and other in-app features. The applicable price and any bonus are shown before you confirm a purchase. Applicable taxes, including GST, may apply.

2. Consumption and Non-Refundability

Coins and balance are a digital, prepaid, non-transferable license to access features. Once coins or balance have been used for a call, gift or other feature, that amount is non-refundable, because the service has already been delivered. Unused balance is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Failed or Incorrect Transactions

If money is deducted from your payment method but the corresponding coins or balance are not credited, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the payment provider, or will be credited to your wallet. If this does not happen within 5 to 7 working days, please contact us with your registered number and the transaction details so we can investigate.

4. Cancellations

A call may end or be cancelled by either party. Charges apply only for the duration of a connected, paid call as metered by the Platform. Where you are charged in error, contact support for review.

For any billing issue, contact us at support@tallo.app or through in-app support, with your registered number and transaction details. Genuine billing errors are reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.
