Delete your Tallo account

You can permanently delete your Tallo account and associated personal data. Submit the request below, or delete your account directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account details
  • Call history (video & voice)
  • Chats and messages
  • Wallet balance and in-app coins
  • Photos and media you uploaded

What we retain

  • Transaction and payment records we are legally required to keep
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
  • Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
Timeline: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting your account. Some records may be retained where required by law.
